Newer Diver with a screwed up work schedule looking for more dive partners so I can get more underwater time. Also looking for some hunters and photogs that may be willing to show me some ropes. I at the moment work nights 1800-0600 in Torrance and live in Tarzana But looking to dive from Malibu down to Laguna. I have every other weekend off and would love to hear from some of the regulars even if it just were with advice and places to dive. I have done Vet's Malga cove and Long point. And of course casino point and a dive boat or two. Looking for as much bubble time as possible. Hope to hear from some of you soon.

http://www.sandeaters.org This site will get you wet. NOT a dive club. It is a dive scheduling website. No dues, no membership, no president, just a group of divers interested in getting wet. In short, it is a dive web site for every Sunday at 0800 a.m. If you want to dive, that is where people who dive might be found on Sunday. Sign on to the e-mail list and if you or someone else is looking for a dive, they will send out an e-mail and you can tag along.

I am also available to dive during the week, day or night within limits (wife).

Idiomatic terminology aside, try getting hooked up with Scuba Schools of America in Woodland Hills. Dan and Brian can spark you up on a local dive boat and probably some dive buddies.

Shaws Cove in Laguna Beach is a great beach dive site if you're into beach diving..White's Point in Palos Verdes is popular. Whaler's Dive Club is Valley based....http://www.whalersdiveclub.org/
