Hey Drew, did you dive with MTSS at Martha's quarry? I was there completing my cert. the same weekend.

I'm thinking about taking my next step in advancing my scuba education by taking the Performance Bouyancy class they offer on Sept 16th. How about you?

Welcome Drew. I'm from Owensboro, KY. I dive a lot at Pennyroyal in Hopkinsville, KY (about an hour from you). If you ever want to dive there, feel free to look me up. I will be diving in Hopkinsville on Labor Day, if you're interested. I probably won't have a chance to dive Martha's quarry before the end of the season, but hope to make it there in the near future.

Hey Everyone,

I just finished my OW cert this weekend and have been learning a lot so far reading this board. I'm very excited to have this new hobby/soon to be lifestyle. I'll probably stay quiet for a while and try not to ask any stupid questions too soon (I like asking stupid questions)


Also, if there's anyone in the Nashville area that doesn't mind having a beginner for a buddy I'm on the lookout for people to go diving with (none of my friends dive....yet

There is usually a lot of people like yourself out at Martha's... I'm in the same boat as you... When I'm not teaching, I'm always looking for a buddy...

Again, congratulations and I'm sure I'll see you out there... I'm usually in an old 1985 Chevy S10 silver/blue truck.....

Why yes I did. Which one of the 11 of us are you...I couldn't tell from your profile. I'd like to take that class but I don't want to do it with rented gear so I might have to hold off. We'll see though...I need major work on that
