I just bought an Analox O2 EII today, and upon opening it and testing it out I found that I cannot calibrate it to higher than 18.8%. However, it gradually is reading higher, when i opened it, it would read up to 17.5, and it was at 18.8 for a while. It's now around 19.2.

I'm at sea level, low 90 degree F temperature, and moderate humidity.

Is it possible that the sensor is bad, or that it has been sitting around long enough to let the sensor go bad?

Hi Sawyer,

Ive seen your post and wanted to apologise for the fault on the O2EII. I hope I can help resolve this as quick as possible. If you would like to drop me an email with information such as the serial number and where it was purchased, that would be a great start. My contact details are joshua.hockney@analox.biz.

I look forward to hearing from you on this.

Best Regards

Josh

Thanks Josh! I've resolved the issue thanks to the dive shop, who swapped the one they sold me with one they knew was working.
