Greetings. I'm an avid Louisiana diver new to this forum. My diving is mostly on LA oil rigs and the Flower Gardens. I've made a few fossil trips to the Cooper, Venice, and the Chipola River on the FL panhandle. I'm very interested in other fossil/shark tooth destinations. Feel free to have a look at my homepage at http://claycoleman.tripod.com I'm looking forward to sharing information with y'all.

Nice Pics and nice website louisianadiver... well to SB

Clay,

Nice website and great looking photo's!!! I live North of Covington in St. Tammany Parish and I'm just getting back into diving. I hope the lake (Lake Pontchartrain) clears up this summer so we can do a little spear fishing along the bridge and other structures. I noticed today while on patrol the water clarity from the surface down was about 3 to 4 foot. Another week or two without rain and it will clear up even more. Well until later take care...

Hey Xtreme. I've never been diving in the lake, but I heard that lots of people were catching specs there last weekend. Do you know Humberto Fontova from Covington? My brother has a condo at Tchefuncte Harbor and I spend some time there. -Clay

Sorry Clay, but I don't believe I know Humberto, however I do Know where the condo's are at the Tchefuncte Harbor. My patrol boat is in a slip in Marina Del Ray. Last week was great for spec fishing in the lake. It slowed down a little on Saturday and the winds and waves were terrible Sunday afternoon making it almost impossible to enjoy yourself while trying to fish. As soon as the lake clears up a little more I'll get with you and maybe we can get together and do a little diving :snorkel: ...

Glad you found us! This is a great place to spend your SI, but watch out, it's addictive!
