worked okay on an emulated pixel 2 running pie 9.0 - api 28 (x86)

That's a heck of a long link to type into a phone (that's why I ran it in an emulator instead of my s20 ultra). You might consider shortening it with one of those free url shorteners like bit.ly or similar.
