The multi-level construction project next to PLG is actually a condominium project called El Cantil. This is Phase 1 going up now and right next to it will soon be Phase 2 of the same size building. My understanding is that about 50% of the condos have already been pre-vented....or pre-sold.

We were at Plaza Las Glorias last week from the 31st until the 7th and were told they would be timeshares & condos.
