I have 2 of the A700/mk25, and both are DIN. One of regulators is 2 months old, and the others should be come in tomorrow. Sounds like you need to find another SP dealer.

That doesn't completely surprise me, product knowledge is hardly their strong point. I should have known when I brought in an obvious tech rig for service and the guy tried to sell me an AIRII, I'm not making that up. I am very happy w/ the regs though.
