Not bashing them. Just curious if I was the only one to notice?

.....there does seems to be a vague similarity, now that you mention it...nah, probably just a coincidence......

:rofl3:Haha:rofl3:

Hmm, one of the founding members of a certain organization is the regional manager of ScubaPro....& does a lot of product testing for ScubaPro.....

But really, who cares....It's no different than ScubaPro selling items to LeisurePro and being resold under LP warranty. Halcyon is putting their twist on it and selling them under their warranty...

Does anyone really care???

Again, no worries. If it lets you breath underwater...I am for it. Kind of reminds me of some company called Salvo? :chuckle:

Yeah.

My only hope is that this will allow us to get annual kits easily and at a reasonable price so that the DIY crowd can use them on our SB equipment.

Interesting, although I shudder to think about the price of halcyon rebuild kits.

If you have a G50V, you can get seats through the trident catalog that look like they might work. There's no risk; if they fit, they work, if they don't, you'll know. Other than that, you just need o-rings. Those you can get lots of places. There's a thread floating around someplace about the o-rings for the G250 poppet stem; those are likely to be the most difficult to find.

That leaves basically the seat and bushings for the MK25. I've found multiple sources for that rebuild kit, including several SP dealers, and they're all over ebay. The markup on these kits is just too high for many SP dealers to resist.
