I got a pretty good price on the knife. It took me half an hour or so to cut the tip off and grind it into a screwdriver. It's a sharp and nifty little knife. The only concern is that the handle may be a tad small for use with dry suit gloves but then a regular steak knife would come in handy.


Adam, how to you resist throwing these at stuff. :D If I had one of those, nothing would be safe...hahahahahah

I was referring to your pic and not the ones in the link. Those are pretty cool, too. But they don't give me that irresistible urge to throw them at trees and stuff.
 
Yeah, I wasn't sure if I would so I cut the tip off. Now only good for cutting lines... LOL

you just wasted a perfectly ggod knife:)
 
That's right but I could not resist the urge to have a 'proper' almost handmade knife that would at the same time conform to DIR. Besides it was cheap. In fact it's so small - 7'' or so that would have little use in real life.
