I am going to offer my personal opinion for the new guys. I am a DM (part-time) down in Boynton, and I will start off saying our op (Splashdown Divers) we always welcome new divers and have quite a few dive spots that would be quite comfortable for you to dive. That having been said it would be my reccomendation that you just look around and find a operator that answers your questions and shares information about all the great diving here. I have found that some people just try to fill the boat, while the vast majority of the people here really want their customers to have a good time. I will be happy to give you some info on the charters here in Palm Beach County as well as some in Broward if you are intrested. I think I speak for all of us south florida SB'ers we are all here to help.

Well I also have to agree with Will. Splashdown is TOP NOTCH. I haven't dove with Diving Solutions so can't give an opinion. But if you tell Splashdown you are new, they will take care of you. The boat is big and comfy and clean, Captain Lynn is great. You can't go wrong with them, IMO.
