I'll keep an eye out for you Dave..... I read in an earlier post that you had a boat and wanted to do wreck dives in Erie. You also said you couldn't charge for dive charters yet. Is there anything preventing you from having people kick in for fuel cost?

Mike

good morning,
I am a chater captian on Erie and take clients fishing. My comerical insurence policy is very clear. I can't permit diving or swimming from my boat on paid charters. I have a non-comerical policy also so if I I take friends out,I can split gas costs and enjoy a swim in the lake. I am a new diver and would be glad to take friends diving. I would like to get in alot of bottom this summer. I have twenty years of fishing on Erie and can't wait to see what's going on under the water.

Dave
