Instead of watching them sink irretrievably into the depths of the ocean, now watch them float on the surface with your new SNORKELBUOY® (they’ll be easily visible from afar). SNORKELBUOY®, unique in the world of SCUBA and snorkeling equipment, is not a safety device but is designed simply to keep your snorkel afloat should the snorkel become separated from the snorkeler/diver. If your mask is securely attached with a snorkel-keeper (sold separately), it will float too. SNORKELBUOY® is suitable for saltwater and freshwater use. SNORKELBUOY® is red, buoyant foam with a white diagonal stripe – similar to the “Diver Down” flag. SNORKELBUOY® GLOW! (coming soon) is coated with yellow, glow-in-the-dark, waterproof, UV resistant vinyl, so that once charged, it glows at night – for night divers. SNORKELBUOY® has been tested and approved by a Master Scuba Diver to 100 feet (he found no effect on his buoyancy). SNORKELBUOY® is designed to be a very tight fit on the snorkel. It has multiple uses – it can be used as buoyancy foam to provide positive buoyancy for heavy underwater cameras, or as a reef marker buoy, or a dive-reel float, or even just to keep your keys afloat and visible.
