Need two LP95's

I'm not sure if the agencies Kenny P. teaches through allow overhead training in sidemount. You may want to clarify.

The weekend sidemount experiment at BW was awesome. Much thanks to BrockBr for building the rig and patiently teaching me to setup sidemount regs and use the system safely. That thing is unbelievably comfortable to dive. Also makes the walk up the hill a pleasure compared to toting those backmount 104's. First dive was a test for bouyancy and weighting since we used al80s to start. Went to around 70', swam thru some pipes, and never had to put air in the wing . The system is streamlined and very stable. Second dive we scootered the quarry wall counterclockwise. The reg swap is a little tougher scootering. Next weekend will be al40s and lp95s. The rig is so comfortable to dive I may try it in Negril the following week. It's nice to have some redundancy when you're diving with insta-buddies.

You can if I'm not in it. What we more need to do when you come over is get in our regular backmount doubles and drysuits and do some reel work,some line drills, and hone the team skills we're gonna need for Cavern class.

I agree 100%. I'm not sure I'll have my doubles hydroed, viped, and O2 cleaned by next month, but I will the next for sure. I might need to see if someone will allow me to borrow their doubles, doubles wing and regs. Slowly but surely getting them together.

*sigh* Ok, fine. If y'all are going to go sidemount, I guess I'm going to have to as well!

(plus, the idea of not having to walk up the hill with 100 lbs of gear on my back is really appealing!)

What rig are you folks using?

I tried the Recon I this past weekend. A little more complex design than I'd like but overall, very pleased with it.
