Need some advice

looking to get a single tank BPW rig and i came across 2 Dive Rite package, once from dive gear express Backplate, Harness and Wing Systems (BPW) by Dive Rite - Dive Gear Express at $349 and another from northeastscuba supply buy Dive Rite Travel EXP Package at northeastscubasupply.com - Northeast Scuba Supply selling at $299, both are the Travel EXP wing and based on the description they both seemed like the same gear. Can anyone point out something that i missed?

Well i'm not located within the US, and the shipping cost from both are pretty similar...

Northeast Scuba buys out shops that are closing and mfg closeouts, that's how they can price like they do. I've been told by some of my dive buddies that they're good people to deal with, I haven't stopped there yet.
