Meng_Tze:That may be hard to implement. All they can do (and seem to be proposing) is limit the financing, expedition set up etc. in the partaking countries. If an expedition would be set up in a non-treaty country, nothing they can legally do about it.
The actual visit will be in international waters, nothing they can do about that under international maritime law. Now IF someone would actually 'set foot' on the wreck, the country that put a claim on the wreck could have a case to make, but visiting can not be stopped. She rests in 'no man's waters and every one has a right to be there.
Heck, if someone would enter the wreck and take things off, a treaty country would have to lodge a claim in the country of registration of the vessel in case. Boarding that vessel in international waters would amount to high seas piracy. If this would be done by a governmental vessel (say US coastguard), it may even be considered state sponsored piracy, an act of terror and/or an act of war (if the vessel is a sovereign state governmental agency).
See the wreck may be property of, it is not considered an extension of national borders or economic border extensions (like the 200 Nm claims that can be made).

It is a standard 3/4 thread, so any manifold should fit.fyh:Do they sell a manifold for that? Or do you need to fabricate one?
