Question, do you need special permission to post on classifieds? i used to be able to, but noticed that I can't anymore. do those "points" get reset, if so how do you regain the ability to post on classifieds

I have also opted in and have 10 posts but still do not have permission for classifieds. Do you need more than 10 posts ?
 
OK - working on my posts so that I can tell you what I am looking for.....
