Need a travel battery for heating, any recommendations ?

Does anyone know anything about the Halcyon NiMH battery canisters? They are NiMH so no size restrictions for air travel which is what I need, but there seems to be absolutely damn little information about what voltage they output and how constant that is (or isn't), and no information about how many watts etc - seems rather ridiculous that it is this hard to find information that people need to know about their batteries. Halcyon Dive Systems
