Need a recommendation for a late spring/early summer trip

Can't make Bonaire this September and spring/summer is very windy there. I need recommendations for an island where I can boat dive and see lots of fish (not real big stuff. - similar to Bonaire) and do some good snorkeling from shore that doesn't take a huge amount of time to get to. I know - pretty tall order. Still, if anyone has suggestions they would be appreciated.
 
Oddly, Bermuda pretty much fits your requirements. Boat diving only, you can snorkel from shore pretty much anywhere. Great reefs, good wrecks, probably direct flights for you, but a bit expensive, and cold/ cooler water that time of year.
