you guys are awesome- thanks so much for the help.

what is everyone's opinion of Liquid Blue Divers??

Great OP. Michealla owns the place, very nice lady. She will also be at the surface interval to make sure everything is all right. Bonita Luna is her fast boat 8 max. Steel tanks. Will keep your gear except wetsuit.

Raul at www.Bottomtimedivers.net has a six pack fast boat uses Al 80 or for additional charge 100's. He sometimes rents out to LB or handles over flow for them.

Both will do a great Job for you and for last minute booking Raul may be your best bet. I'm sure Michealla at LB if you get hold of her can arrange everything for you. She and several other OPs that trust each other, work together and rent boats and free lance divemasters to give you the best service.

BTW when I say freelance divemasters the ones LB and others use are very good and would be someone that is more like a permanent part time person. I know a few that have worked for many of the operations that are listed on this site often, and they just would rather freelance than be tied to one OP

Hi Deerboy, I've heard good things about Liquid Blue, but I think they only have one boat, not entirely sure. You probably want to go with one who has a few boats because they are willing to send one out private and still have divers on other boats. I dive with Blue Magic - good boats, great dive masters, really nice owners. Send an e-mail to joyce@bluemagicscuba.com, she'll respond right away. Good Luck, wish I were going back soon, have to wait awhile though.

Sounds like your boss needs his own American divemaster from Texas... I have my bags packed and gear ready so just send me the ticket and I am at his service...

Yep. FYI, The Reef and Sherwood Scuba are one and the same.

Alison Dennis (Scuba Dive Cozumel | ScubaWithAlison) will meet your requirements. Nice boat (Maximus) (slightly larger than the normal 6-pack boat that most operators down there use) which can easily handle 6 divers with enough room for a couple more if necessary. She provides first class service. My preferred dive op.

Rich Hagelin
I'll 2nd that. Alison has a great boat - a good step up from your standard 6-pack as it actually has a cabin area and plenty of cover. She a ton of laughs, and runs a great dive op to boot. We've been diving with her for 4-1/2 years now, and love her to death.
