Don't "ask" if you can go down. Just turn in your form and walk out
and drive down.

I download their form typically off their website and have it filled
out before I get there. It reduced the "required interaction"
with them on the days they are being like jerks.
But I needed to rent a tank from them, the guy told me I couldn't do anything until I showed them my dive buddy. They were very adamant about it. :11:
 
The quarry is owned by the city and then it's operation is leased (by bid) to Rock Divers. Well, guess what. Rock Divers lease is up for re-bid.

You should email the city, mayor, city council, and the chamber of commerce
and tell them of them that you came to their city and couldn't spend money
because the people who ran their city-owned-park were acting like idiots.
Also remind them that this affects their tax revenue.

I doubt anything will happen of it, but with their contract up for re-bid
and renewal, it might create some "sparks".
