Any recommendations for a nice spa for my wife? We usually stay at El Cantil, so something in town would be best.
She is not interested in a full body massage or having those fish nibble the dead skin from her feet :vomit:.

She would like a:
Manicure
Pedicure
Facial
Foot massage
etc.

Thank you in advance.

Not sure if this is fancy enough, and doesn't have all of the items you mentioned, but since no one else has jumped in I'll say that in January my back was hurting and I got a legitimately good deep tissue massage at Spa del Sol -- which is located in town right next to Tres Pelicanos (near the International Hospital), and they do offer a wide variety of services. Perhaps others can jump in with any other spa recommendations.
