Just SBMs dive reports alone could fill a subforum .

See.... I told everyone we needed a SuprBugMan forum !@!!!

Dixie Diver's have a subforum called "Looney Birds" for a group of Georgians that dive some of the lakes around Atlanta.

I don't see why we couldn't get our own little subforum, to keep from sifting through threads on central FL and the key's to find panhandle stuff?.?

I agree with you there. But a "FL Panhandle" forum almost would see 'more action' if it was part of Deep Dixie Divers instead of FL Conchs.

Where is Cypress?

Pretty close to Vortex/Morrison, a bit further east - like 20-30 min away.

In Vernon. A little farther East than Morrison. Still within driving range but you need to boat to it, no land access. Very Beautiful spring and worth every paddle of the canoe ride.

Have inflatable dive yacht, will travel. My boat is currently empty till I can find a buddy to dive it on that date. If I can't find a buddy - I won't dive Definatly worth the paddle, but with my boat, its not necessary

Eh... my head hurts, I can't remember all the people that I've met/dived with through SB off the top of my head(30-40 members surely). There are plenty more... I'd never dive enough without buddies I've met through this website.

Just shoot me a PM if you're interested, I'm about to launch a massive email out to my buddies to plead for a buddy - LOL! The seat is open first come first serve.

I'll vouch for SBM. He's a fine gentleman and a safe diver. You will have no worries with him at all. If you were doing the dive on Saturday I'd be going with you but then you would have to worry about both of us . Lets face it, unless you bring along somebody you know, you'll have to take your chances with the divers in this loosely knit group. You might as well jump in with both feet .

D'Oh, room in my message box again...

I'm diving Destin Jetties with mike_s and SeaYoda? that previous Saturday afternoon, so I'll be camping at Vortex Springs that night. Do you know where Vortex Springs is located? How about meeting there at 8AMCST(LOL)? You can follow me to the boat launch in Vernon, and I can probably get the boat setup, loaded, and in the water by 9AM(hopefully). 2 tanks at Cypress, if you're feeling adventurous, we can hop over to Becton(small spring - nicknamed the "Big Ugly") afterwards to kill off the remainder of one of the tanks there.

My cell is 251-978-4089, call if you need any info. Also, please let me know as far in advance as possible if you end up having to cancel(hopefully third buddy is a charm?). If I don't have a buddy for Sun, I'd rather not stay at Vortex overnight
