Now it's too low. You need to raise it up about an inch.

LOL...j/k!!! It looks great now!

:spit:

OMG, you SOOOOOOOOO almost died!!!! :rofl3: :rofl3: :kiss2:

Yikes . . . the only thing different is the real bungies and the two, 1-pound weights I attached to the shoulders (just trying them out). I developed a list! I have no idea why, but the [-]right[/-] left tank seems heavier, yet both had 1500psi at the time I took the pictures.

Sigh . . . :whatever:

Edit . . right as looking at the picture, left as in what I'm wearing . . .

I can't see, but are the weights positioned symmetrically? Could it be that the weight on one tank is further from centerline than the other?

That old "foot-lbs of force" thing...

My experience has been that the tail clips being different can cause being off balance, or if the wing is secured at different lengths.

Could be that massive "backup" light on the right strap!! :D

Docc's silly! That the CREE / PSS light, very bright, lightweight. (besides, my left tank, I screwed up. )

@ James: The neck and tail cords are exactly the same length.

@ Steve: the ankle weights are both thru each shoulder's strap at the wing. I did notice the left shoulder one was sagging right, but surely a 1-lb weight at ~4" couldn't cause that much list? :dontknow:

Don't know about the imbalance but the necks are riding too low, which is why the tanks are not in trim. Aren't you clipping the diverite bungie directly to your lower shoulder d-ring? Hard to tell from the pics but it looks like you are clipping into something on the tanks...

Yes - around the neck and back to the lower D-ring. There is also a neck shock-cord that clips to the same ring.

So I put the two tanks on a scale and they weighed in perfectly the same. That leaves the ankle weights as the wild card, so I shall pin them down carefully and evenly and try it again. :)
