1. Your labels are totally wrong for 1967
The 1967 labels were red white and blue on a sheild with "Swimaster" as the main focus.
2. The solid bar yoke or the earler model with the curl in it was called a pig tail. Very common in the Orange County California area where he lives...so correct for the area.
I personally like pig tails and used them the majority of my diving career. The only draw back is the possiblity of water migration, so a word of caution.
3) Yes I like Nemrod! He is a god fellow and very knowledgeable --- stuck in a diving desert == a place called Kans Asss.
