Nice video for the first go at UW. I can relate, I did my first UW video 2 years ago and every dive is a learning dive.
I tend to agree with the poster Under water.. the first few minutes of the video of the people on the boat with your friends is slow for me. I'm sure is meaningful to you.. given you know the people.. but for general youtube the viewers here do not know these people.. so this intitial half of the video was a bit slow for me. I kept waiting to get to the underwater stuff.
The underwater stuff is good. Just remember the basic key things: Hold the camera as still as you can. If you can... add some artificial lighting. Theres no replacement for bringing down some light with you will bring out more colors. Also.. I noticed a few times the reflection of your camcorder on the port.. try some black tape or black pen or ink to the camcorder or surfaces inside the housing.
