Hi everyone, been lurking here a while and learning a lot.
This is my first ever underwater vid. It was shot in the Red Sea on a liveaboard.
I'm using a Canon HF100 with an Ikelite housing.
I used auto white balance throughout because I just wanted to get comfortable with holding the camera steady. Ive got over 600 dives and boy this is a new skill to learn!!
Ive been told the lens flare that appears now and again is because the housing is clear and that black tape solves the problem, is this true?
The topside shots are meant to be a bit rough and were showing the contrast between our good friend Ahmed with his laid back coolness to our hyper mode.
Anyway, all critique welcome. Choose the 720p mode for hi-def.
Thanks, Matt.
