Jep chained to the wall. A small yet serious looking group of Seahorses were getting ready to administer electroshock therapy. I overheard one of the Seahorses saying they should turn up the juice and teach him a lesson but he was quickly over ruled by their leader who said that would only bring them down to his level. No, they would attempt to administer the therapy in a proper fashion and thereby cure him of his evil trolling ways.
