I have had full beards, goatees, over the years and never had a 'leaky' face mask. Of course the occasional water will get into the viewing area, but we all were taught how to clear that. I'm guessing that your mask continuously fills up even though you clear it multiple times. If that is the case I'd suggest you look for a new mask. Get a mask with a pliable skirt, and a wide skirt too. Make sure the strap is tight enough to pull the mask into your flesh. When done with diving you should have a ring around your face where the mask use to be. If not you probably have it too loose (hence leaking).
Here is another thought, trade masks with your dive buddy for a dive. See if he has the same problem with the mask as you do. Conversely, if the borrowed mask doesn't leak then its proof positive the problem is with the mask and not the beard. A poorly fitting masks will ruin a good dive.
