I'm looking for a multi tool for the save a dive kit. Wondering what you guys have found? Preferably something safe to have in carry-on luggage. Ideally it'll have at least the two allen keys I need and two wrench sizes, I think 5/32" and 9/16"(my notes might be wrong).
This tool or similar, for example

you'll never get on an airplane leaving Mexico with any sort of tool. I have lost a few stainless adjustable wrenches and finally gave up.

Well I'm on a month or two long trip, a few dives already and all I brought was a compressor and booster

No tools or spare gear, so not depressing at all...

Not a chance you'll be allowed anything like that in carry-on.

these days I just finger-tighten my regs and hoses. that way, if I have to do any minor fiddling, no biggie.

and before you ask, no, that doesn't cause errant bubbles.

I wrote an article a few years ago with some suggestions for Multi-tools and other items. Check it out below.

The multi-tool I have in the kit is below. It cost $45 in 2021 now $85 in 2025!!!

Gerber MultiTool with Pliers (MP400)
A good multi-tool provides the functionality of several different tools. The most useful function in this MultiTool is needle nose pilers. A basic needle nose plier may be cheaper, but you will need to add flat and phillips head screwdrivers.
