Hey Brian,

Because response to various preventative approaches is a somewhat individual thing, you're going to get a variety of answers to your inquiry.

Still, there is a body of published science on the topic and you should be guided by this. The gist of most of it is reflected in the link provided in my initial post.

The hat gives you a false moving horizon, especially in rough seas.

I will have to try that on my next dive.

I had several bouts of seasickness last season and it seemed to be getting worse not better, and I usually wear a hat.
