Monterey Boat Diving vs Shore Diving

Winds out of the north to northwest tend to make Lobos unpleasant surf and swell wise. Between that and the offshore storms it can be great or pretty crummy. We've only actually bailed on it once since I moved here three months ago, but I've looked at the weather forecast and decided against it a few times.
