Very easy opening day of lobster Mini season in Jupiter Florida. I jumped on Jupiter dive centers Republic 4 with captain
Topside was flat, 79ﾟ on the bottom, 50' visibility, and a stiff 2 knot current.
Got 10 bugs on the 1st tank and picked up 2 more later. 13 divers and everyone got lobsters. FWC was stopping all the boats on the reef including us but they didn't want to wait 45 minutes till we surfaced.
Dove the far backside of Tunnels and shot a nice lion. But the dam reef shark chewed on it like a piece of Wrigley's chewing gum in this picture
I made hot mini-meat kabobs for everyone on the boat and in the shop. Smiles all around. Didn't hear of any lost divers or anyone get killed so pretty quiet. Diving again tomorrow for a nice safe " Stay-cation ". Call your favorite dive boat because they'll have room.
