It depends,
From Annapolis, it takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes to Millbrook, and it takes 3 hours and 15 minutes to Rawlings.
Visibility at Rawlings is better than Millbrook
Admission at Millbrook is $10 and at Rawlings is $17.50
Maximum depth at Rawlings is about 63 ft and about 100 ft at Millbrook
If I have the whole weekend off, then I will go to Rawlings, otherwise Millbrook is better.

It's definatly Colder at Millbrook especially below 50 feet..
