I agree with Rick... there are a number of my Facebook friends that I'm sure are on SB too but I don't recognize them by their real names. Of course the rest of my friends are all those cute lady-go-divers I've seen in SCUBA-related groups on FB and invited them to get friendly. Of course they probably don't know me from Adam (I'm the guy without the fig leaf).

All of my facebook friends are the people I know in person except for some of the divers from the SB. I figure - hey, one day we might be diving together so why not make acquaintances this way as well.

When I get friend requests from people I don't recognize, I write to them and ask them, "Who are you and how do I know you?"
