Actually they are navy blue/purplish, but the color didn't capture well under the fluorescent light last night. I'll try to get a better one this weekend with sunlight from the window.

I know you're probably partial to Oahu, but I'm thinking Maui and Big Island. I want to bring my camera up to 10k feet on Maui and take pictures of the sunrise (somebody's being overly ambitious, I think). :)

I really like the photo of the kid trying to climb up. The rest are really good too.
 
I took some this morning... I braved the cold to get early morning shots of the snow sculpture competition in Breckenridge. (it was 6 degrees @ 7am :frosty:)
