Tao of the Dive
Rabid Otter Spotter
I just wanted to clarify since I was half asleep when I posted last.
I don't want to appear less than grateful for the offer that Ken has made of his facilities. It's just a difficult call to make. If there were no camping facilities at Ginnie, I'd be just as prone to renting a hotel room, but since Ginnie does have facilities, that is part of the draw to me. Even though I'd miss out on alot of socializing, and knowing thsi group, it'd be alot, I just can't trade off the convenience of walking out of my tent geared up, hiking to a hole in the ground, and jumping in. The only better solution would be a cenote in Mexico....LoL.
But above all else, I hate being a burden on anyone, and I happen to know how much a burden that many guests could be, even on your property and not in your home. So I'm glad to see that the concensus is that we'd be better off having the event hosted at Ginnie. Thanks to you and your lovely wife anyhow Ken.
