One option I've used on mine is using a tank carrier handle like one below. Very secure, although not quite a perfect fit and used some electric tape on the light body to get it tight. I'm in the middle of moving and unpacking so not sure where it is right now for a picture lol.

Thanks, heard about people doing that. Will see how I go with just the light on lanyard. Didn't think about the issue of adjusting beam focus when using a handle.
