Saturday is tentatively workable, but I'll have to check with my group. Earlier might be better on Saturday, depending on everybody's work/play schedules. One of us is getting up before 3 am on Sunday to do the Haleakala bike thingie.

Ok - sounds like the 4th is workable for everyone that has checked in - so December 4th it is, and how about if we try for 3pm. At Airport Beach (heading north from Lahaina on Highway 30, turn left at the first traffic light after Kaanapali on Puukolii Rd. The train station is on the right and a sign on the left that says "Kaanapali")

we have about 5 miles of operational track and one of the old sugar cane trains that still runs - so they use it as a "shuttle" from Kaanapali to Lahaina town for visitors.
