No problem I just thought since the entire world got to see it on the bottom they'd be very happy to have a video of it on the surface

Boats can go down fast from little things adding up or one big thing. The sea time required to become a captain should have taught someone how to deal with many different situations, there own and talking to others at the docks....Im just wondering if this guy was one of many that got signed of by a relitave and didn't realy have the time?
