If you can't get boat dives, there are also lots of great shore dives available. .

If you are near Kihei, I've had some very enjoyable dives from Ulua beach and, as a second choice, Kamaole Beach III,

Dang, we were thinking of going to Maui and it didn't occur to me that nothing would be open. I'm glad I read this.
