"Mature" female diver

HI, I'm an older woman diver, am going to Cancun april 20-24, would like to know a dive shop that isn't too "fast, busy and young," so that I can enjoy diving without feeling as if I am a number. I speak fluent Spanish, am not interested in booze or shopping, just diving. I would appreciate any help you can offer. Chris
