Dive Training in exchange for Work

Hi everyone, I'm a new diver who is completely hooked. Did an open water course in Fiji (stunning diving!) and have done some since in New Zealand. Want to train further and heard that some places offer free training in exchange for you working for them I am going to be in South East Asia after April and really want to do this. Any ideas where to find this type of information/offer? Thanks! Sally x
