Yea, ... what is the "epoxy"?
I would have thought that normal epoxy was too brittle. Is it a two part
polyurethane (the flexible type)?

Yea I would love to hear the epoxy dip seems like a great way of doing it.
I could see using tool dip like that ... especially if you wanted to add another pound or two to your fins
