I was curious about replacing my Orings on my lid of my sartek 10W HID so I sent them an email. They asked for my address and I asked about payment. This was their reply:

"Hi Cody- Your orings are shipping out today via DHL. Your tracking number is 25739423651 and the EDT is Monday, February 11th. There was no charge. If there is anything else that I may assist you with, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you for choosing Sartek! Jennifer"

replacement O rings in the mail in under 1 business day. For free. That is Service!

That is very good to hear as I am getting ready to by one of their 21 watt HID's and 5 watt LED light very soon!

I had a question and emailed them one night and the owner replied that very same night!
