Yes, and here is another one !! I'm heading there March 1st for 19 days . With any luck my G/F's visa will be done and she will be returning here to Canada with me. Can't wait to see the look on her face when she hits the frigid water here !! -1c yesterday !! Yes...thats below freezing because of the current !! I dove in Batangas and P/G last year and it was alright but I want to do deep wrecks this year and now I have the " perfect " guide !!
 
more reason to go knowing that a particular korean diver will be unable to get out to PG next month... :wink:

in prep for PG, then i strongly suggest we do extra dives for deep and blue
all the rest who want to concentrate on improving or refining deep, blue and balloon deployment skills join in when iris takes her AOW


at the end of this training your air consumption should improve. but it would take around 4 to 6 supervised dives after the training that you will learn to notice what you are doing and improve your skills.

prior to this training i suggest try yoga breathing techniques or pilates breathing technique.
