I was just wondering if anyone knows who submits the dive conditions report for Malibu that appears each day in the LA Times and, if so, what location it is generally based on. When I check the report the day after I have been diving in Malibu, It always seems to report conditions much worse than what I experienced. I do not find this to be the case with the other reports in the Times.
