I saw pictures from @Akimbo in this thread

I would like to make the blue thing on the left fin as my jet fins do not come with a plastic bit to pull the strap.

Does anyone know where I could find this kind of fabric and how I could make loop ? This seems better than using bungee rope.

Maybe scavenge from an old backpack like the one kids use for school or an old duffle bag.

Looks like 1" webbing. Strapworks.com sells a bunch, including keepers for putting it all together if you don't want to sew.

Any GOOD climbing/backpacking outfitter should have the components to make it work. In the US, REI is the go-to, unfortunately, I have no idea of UK stores. I've also had good luck with fabric/sewing supply stores.

Hardware stores carry 1” webbing along with nylon tri-glides also.

You may want to sew it. The tri-glides can slip on the soft webbing.

I would sew it but webbing seems pretty hard to sew

It is pretty ghetto, but you could easily do pretty much the same thing with some heavy-duty zip ties and maybe a short length of hose/tubing to make it more finger-friendly.

Make your pull-loop: loop one zip-tie through the hose/tubing and close it.
Attach the pull-loop to the fin-strap with 2 or 3 other zip-ties.

A "shoe goo" or "sole repair" glue works too. I'm sure there's others. Although with constant pulling I'd probably want to reinforce that with a few stitches anyway: it's not that hard to sew, actually.
