Question Luxfer AL08?

I saw one of these pop up on my local Facebook Marketplace while looking for AL6s. I know it's a 2015psi cylinder like the old AL14s from Luxfer. It's the same diameter as an AL13, but a few inches shorter. It seems akward to mount on the plate and akward to mount on the twinset. , Does anybody know anything else about this cylinder? Any users? If you do use it, where do you mount the thing?

I did a little more looking and found that although this cylinder showed up in a few Luxfer catalogues, it largely was sold under the Metal Impact name, after Luxfer production left the USA.
