Well I don't know but if a hp 120 is 15l then for a lp tank to get that 15l your tank mast be physically bigger
is that right

An LP 120 is equivalent to 18.7/182 metric. For reference, you can ask Google something like this:
"120 ft^3 / 2640 psi in liters/bar"
