What did you end up with?

We found a place called the Casa Caribe through a refferal on the Facebook group Cozumel 4 U. The landlady had an opening for a three bedroom apt. in town and gave us a great deal. Older property, but huge and in town. I'll review it after the trip, but it came highly recommended by several repeat customers.

Too bad, that one's been on my short list.

Not nice that the seller and buyer didn't negotiate honoring existing rental agreements, especially those less than 2 months away.

So the sale fell through and the Quetzal is available for rentals again. Too late for me, but a great place for anyone else looking.
